Raise your game to the next level with our dynamic weekly training sessions. Dive into essential skills, strategic plays, and high-energy drills to boost your performance.
This program is exclusively designed for club-level players, focusing on their preparation for the State and Club competition. Sharpening essential skills, refining game strategies, and enhancing fitness levels, this training ensures players perform at their highest potential.

Location: Newington College
Schedule: Every Friday 7 pm - 8:30 pm

Age Groups: U16 & U18
Focus Areas: Game tactics, shooting accuracy, defensive skills, endurance, and team play
Cost: $110 per session; payment in advance for the whole program is non-refundable!
